This black knit gamer by OT Sports was worn by Wes Goldie during the 2003-04 ECHL season. This London, ONT native played his junior hockey with Owen Sound prior to making his minor-pro debut in 1999-00 with Pee Dee in the ECHL. Goldie spent 11 of his 13 professional seasons skating in the ECHL where he represented Pee Dee, Florence, Victoria and Alaska. Goldie was an electric scorer who netted 370 goals in 697 ECHL games, including five consecutive seasons of better than 40 goals per year.
Proudly sewn to the left breast of this gamer is the alternate Captain’s “A”. The game wear on this 1st set sweater is solid and consists of stick and slash marks, board burns, board paint transfer, un-repaired burn holes and inner pilling. A well-worn example by this adept goal scorer during the only season that the franchise was recognized as the Florence Pride. This jersey will be accompanied by an ECHL letter.
