Description
2003-04 Mike Danton St. Louis Blues Game Worn Jersey - Photo Match - Team Letter
Lot #195
This white air-knit gamer by CCM was worn by Mike Danton during the 2003-04 NHL season, his last NHL season. The New Jersey Devils selected Danton in the 5th round of the 2000 NHL Entry Draft. Mike spent parts of 2 seasons with the Devils before playing a final year in St. Louis with the Blues. In 87 career games, Danton had his fair share of scuffles and compiled 182 PIMS. Danton is perhaps best remembered for being found guilty for his role in a failed murder for hire plot against his agent.

The sleeves on this gamer have been custom shortened by the team. The game wear on this size 54 sweater is solid and consists of stick and slash marks, board burns, board paint transfer, un-repaired burn holes, inner pilling and some team-sewn repair work to the front of the collar. Also worthy of mention is the customized fight strap. Shown above is a beautiful photo match of Danton wearing this exact jersey during the 2003-04 season. Sewn to the inside hem is the official NHL game worn jersey tagging. Found alongside is the St. Louis Blues game worn set information. This jersey will be accompanied by a Blues team letter.
