2003-04 Martin Prusek Ottawa Senators Game Worn Jersey – “Roger” – Photo Match – Team Letter
Lot #157
This road white air-knit gamer by CCM was worn by Martin Prusek during the 2003-04 NHL regular season and Stanley Cup Playoffs. The Ottawa Senators selected Prusek in the 6th round of the 1999 NHL Entry Draft. This Czech native made his North American debut in the AHL in 2001-02 where he captured the Baz Bastien and Hap Holmes Memorial Awards. Prusek made his NHL debut later that same season with the Ottawa Senators where he tended goal for three years and finished with a spectacular 28-9-4 record with a miniscule low 2’s GAA. Martin wrapped up his NHL career in 2005-06 playing with the Columbus Blue Jackets. Following his NHL playing days, Prusek returned to Europe where he stood between the pipes in the Czech League and the KHL.

Sewn to the right breast of this gamer is the “Roger” patch. The game wear on this 3rd set size 58 Goalie cut sweater consists of stick, slash and puck marks, material pulls, collar pilling, inner pilling and some team-sewn repair work. Shown above is a beautiful photo match of Prusek wearing this exact jersey during the 2003-04 season. Sewn to the inside hem is the official NHL game worn jersey tagging. Prusek went 16-6-3 with a 2.12 GAA while wearing this sweater during his final year with the Senators. A nice patched and photo matched offering from this talented Czech’s brief NHL career. This jersey will be accompanied by a Senators team letter.
