2003-04 Eric Boulton Buffalo Sabres Game Worn Jersey Team Letter
Lot #113
This home black air-knit gamer by Koho was worn by Eric Boulton during the 2003-04 NHL season. The New York Rangers selected Boulton in the 9th round of the 1994 NHL Entry Draft. This Halifax native made his NHL debut in 2000-01 with the Buffalo Sabres where he played for four seasons before joining the Atlanta Thrashers. Eric spent six seasons in Atlanta before a year with the New Jersey Devils and four final seasons with the New York Islanders. Boulton served the role of enforcer, regularly putting up triple digit PIMS seasons. He ended his career with 1421 PIMs in 654 games played.

The fight strap on this gamer has been customized by the team for Boulton with additional accommodations added to the front crest. The game wear on this 1st set size 56 sweater is solid and consists of stick and slash marks, board burns, board paint transfer, un-repaired burn holes, washed out bloodstains, stitch pops and fine inner pilling. Sewn to the inside hem is the official NHL game worn jersey tagging. On the back player number is a beautiful black sharpie signature in Boulton’s own hand. A well-worn offering worn by this long time NHL enforcer. This jersey will be accompanied by a Sabres team letter.
