This road red air-knit and mesh gamer by SP was worn by Aleksander Suglobov during the 2003-04 AHL season. The New Jersey Devils selected Suglobov in the 2nd round of the 2000 NHL Entry Draft. This Russian native began his NHL career with the Devils in 2003-04 after playing for Yaroslavl Lokomotiv and other local squads for several years. He would spend parts of 3 seasons in the NHL before returning to Russia where he spent a half dozen seasons playing in the KHL.
The game wear on this 2nd set size 56 sweater consists of stick and slash marks, board burns, un-repaired burn holes and inner pilling. Sewn into the collar is the official Albany River Rats game worn jersey and set tagging. This jersey will be accompanied by a River Rats team letter.
