This road red air-knit gamer by Koho was worn by Nicklas Lidstrom during the 2002-03 NHL season. The Detroit Red Wings selected Lidstrom in the 3rd round of the 1989 NHL Entry Draft. This native of Vasteras, Sweden made his NHL debut in 1991-92 with the Red Wings where he played his entire 20-year NHL career. During that time, Lidstrom scored 264 goals, added 878 assists and totaled 1142 points. He retired with the 2nd most playoff games played in NHL history with 263, scoring 54 goals, 129 assists and 183 points. Nicklas is a four-time Stanley Cup Champion. Also to his credit are an incredible 7 Norris Trophies, a Conn Smythe Trophy, 11 All Star Game appearances and 12 1st or 2nd Team NHL All Star honors. Internationally, Lidstrom represented Team Sweden in the World Championships, the 1991 Canada Cup, the 1996 and 2004 World Cup and four Olympics. Lidstrom was elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame on his first ballot with the class of 2015.

The game wear on this 1st set size 52 sweater consists of stick and slash marks, board burns, board paint transfer, un-repaired burn holes, nice inner pilling and a team-sewn repair. Affixed to the inside hem is the official Detroit Red Wings game worn jersey and set tagging. Lidstrom wore this sweater during the prime of his Hall of Fame career. He was named 1st Team NHL All Star, played in the NHL All Star Game and won the third Norris Trophy of his career.
