2002-03 Marek Svatos Hershey Bears Game Worn Jersey - Team Letter

This home white air-knit gamer by SP was worn by Marek Svatos during the 2002-03 AHL season. The Colorado Avalanche selected Svatos, a Slovakian native, in the 7th round of the 2001 NHL Entry Draft. Svatos joined the Avs organization in 2002-03 when he appeared in 30 games with the Hershey Bears. He made his NHL debut the following year and spent 6 seasons with the Avalanche before spending one final season split between the Predators and Senators. The 2005-06 season saw Svatos score a career best 32 goals for Colorado and it was also the year when he went on to represent Slovakia in the Winter Olympics.

The game wear on this size 58 sweater consists of stick and slash marks, board burns, pulls and inner pilling. A nice offering from Marek’s pre-rookie season. This jersey will be accompanied by a Hershey Bears team letter.
