This absolutely stunning white gold ring was given to front office members to commemorate the Colorado Avalanche's 2nd Stanley Cup win in 2001. This championship was made even sweeter by watching Ray Bourque hoist the cup for the very first time. Celebrating with the likes of Sakic, Forsberg, Blake and Roy, Ray finally got the trophy he was after all those years. Weighing in at 60 grams of pure gold, this approx. size 12 ring has the Avalanche logo set in a maroonish stone. Encircled around that reads "Stanley Cup Champions 2001". One shank reads "Colorado Avalanche", the results of each round, "Mission 16W" and the NHL logo. The other shank has the recipient's name "Statle", "It's All About Commmitment", The Stanley Cup and "KSE".
Produced by Diamond Cutters, the ring is stamped 10k inside. This is the real ring given to front office personnel, not a salesman sample. The ring is in very nice condition and comes with the original presentation box as it came from the team. The recipient's full name is still on the bottom. An incredible item for any ring or Avalanche collector!
