This road red air-knit gamer by Koho was worn by J.F. Damphousse during the 2001-02 NHL season. The New Jersey Devils selected Damphousse in the 1st round of the 1997 NHL Entry Draft. After 3 seasons in the QMJHL, Damphousse joined the Devils organization, spending 4 years with the Albany River Rats and getting called up to the NHL in his 4th season. After his time in the NHL, Jean-Francois spent a couple more years in the minors playing for Cincinnati, Saint Johns, Hamilton and Quebec.
The game wear on this size 58 1st set goalie cut sweater consists of stick and puck marks with a heavy concentration of them on and around the crest, goal post paint transfer and inner pilling. On the inside hem is the official New Jersey Devils game worn jersey and set information. Being that Jean-Francois’ NHL career lasted a mere 6 games, his Devils gamers have been notoriously tough to come by. This jersey will be accompanied by a Devils team letter.
