The Pittsburgh Penguins selected Hillier in the 1st round of the 1996 NHL Entry Draft. Hillier enjoyed a decade long minor pro career that found him guarding the pipes in the OHL, AHL, ECHL, UHL and CHL.

This size XXL goalie cut sweater has the old style Carolina T-Birds logo on the chest with sublimated shoulder Nailer logos. The game wear is on the lighter side and consists of some stick and puck marks, goal post paint transfer, board paint transfer and pilling. On the inside crest is a black sharpie autograph.
