This white air-knit gamer by CCM was worn by Barrett Heisten during the 2000-01 NHL pre-season. The Buffalo Sabres selected Heisten in the 1st round of the 1999 NHL Entry Draft. This Anchorage, AK native played his college hockey at the University of Maine before playing a season of junior hockey with the WHL’s Seattle Thunderbirds after failing to reach an agreement with the Sabres. Heisten made his NHL debut in 2001-02 with the New York Rangers before embarking on a 7-year minor pro career in the AHL and ECHL where he finally completed his career back home in Alaska after three seasons with the Aces.
