This white air-knit gamer by CCM was worn by Doug Brown in exhibition games during the 1999-01 NHL seasons. After playing four years of college hockey at Boston College and graduating in 1986, this Southborough, MA native began his NHL career with the New Jersey Devils in 1986-87. Following 7 seasons in the Garden State, Brown spent a year with the Pittsburgh Penguins before joining the Detroit Red Wings in 1994-95. Brown went to the Cup Finals in three of his first four years in Detroit and walked away with two Stanley Cup Rings. After 7 seasons with the Red Wings, Doug announced his retirement following a 15-year NHL career.

The game wear on this exhibition set size 50 sweater is solid and consists of stick and slash marks, board burns, board paint transfer, un-repaired burn holes, inner pilling and a couple of handfuls of team-sewn repairs. On the inside hem is the official Detroit Red Wings game worn jersey and set information. This jersey will be accompanied by a Red Wings team letter.
