This road blue knit gamer by Bauer was worn by Jared Aulin during the 1998-99 WHL season and during the 1999 Memorial Cup Finals in Ottawa. The Colorado Avalanche selected Aulin in the 2nd round of the 2000 NHL Entry Draft. After 5-years with the Kamloops Blazers, Aulin made his NHL debut with the Kings in 2002-03. He would play a total of 17 NHL games that season and it would turn out to be the only 17 games of his NHL career.
Proudly sewn to the left breast of this gamer is the alternate Captain’s “A”. Sewn to the right breast of this gamer is the 1999 Memorial Cup Ottawa Ontario patch. The game wear on this size 56 sweater is solid and consists of numerous stick and slash marks, board burns, board paint transfer, un-repaired burn holes and heavy inner pilling. A tremendous pre-rookie offering from the Blazers last trip to the Memorial Cup Finals.
