Description
1998-99 Brad Brown Montreal Canadiens Game Worn Jersey Team Letter
Lot #226

This road red knit gamer by Starter was worn by Brad Brown during the 1997-98 NHL season, his sophomore year. The Montreal Canadiens selected Brown in the 1st round of the 1994 NHL Entry Draft. This Baie Verte, NFLD native made his NHL debut in 1996-97 with the Canadiens where he played for a couple of seasons before joining the Chicago Blackhawks. This tough guy went on to play for the Rangers, Wild and Sabres before wrapping up his 7-year NHL career. While never replicating the 300+ PIMS seasons that he put forth with the Fredericton Canadiens in the AHL, Brown did post four consecutive triple-digit PIMS seasons and ended his NHL career with 747 PIMS in 330 games played.

The game wear on this size 58 goalie cut sweater consists of stick marks, board burns, un-repaired burn holes and inner pilling. A nice oversized enforcers jersey that was worn by Brown during his sophomore season, prior to him being traded to the Chicago Blackhawks. This jersey will be accompanied by a Canadiens team letter.
