This native of Solleftea, Sweden made his NHL debut in 1996-97 with the Boston Bruins where he played for four years. Timander went on to represent the Columbs Blue Jackets, the New York Islanders and the Philadelphia Flyers before wrapping up his 8-year NHL career and returning to Europe for another 9-years of hockey.
