Description
1995-96 Toby Kvalevog University of North Dakota Game Worn Jersey - First Year Geometric Logo
Lot #276
This green dazzle cloth gamer by Gemini was worn by Toby Kvalevog during the 1995-96 WCHA season. The Ottawa Senators selected Kvalevog in the 9th round of the 1993 NHL Entry Draft. Kvalevog, a native of Bemidji, MN spent 4 seasons in goal for the Fighting Sioux spanning 1993-97. During his final year he helped backstop the Fighting Sioux to the National Championship.

The game wear on this size L sweater is solid and consists of stick and puck marks, goal post and crossbar paint transfer, un-repaired holes and pilling. A beautiful black sharpie signature in Kvalevog’s own hand can be found on the back player number. This season marked the first for the beloved Geometric Design and it was also Gemini’s first making a hockey game jersey. A stunning example from this historic set and donned by the Fighting Sioux netminder and eventual National Champion.
