Foley enjoyed a 7-year minor pro career that spanned the WHL, where he played for Portland and Regina, the BCJHL with Victoria, the WCHL with the Alaska Gold Kings and the ECHL with Greensboro and Erie. Foley was an adept scorer who wasn’t afraid to mix things up either. His best statistical seasons came with Portland in 1992-93 and 1993-94 where he tabbed 46 and 42 goals and 106 and 107 points respectively.
