This road red knit gamer by CCM was worn by Brad Brown during the 1995-96 AHL season. The Montreal Canadiens selected Brown in the 1st round of the 1994 NHL Entry Draft. Brown made his NHL debut in 1996-97 with Montreal where he spent the first year plus of his 7-year NHL career. In 330 NHL games played, Brown accumulated 747 PIMS.
Sewn to the right breast of this gamer is the sponsorship patch. The game wear on this size 56 sweater consists of stick and slash marks, board burns, un-repaired burn holes, pulls, inner pilling, stitch pops and team-sewn repair work. Also worthy of mention is a plate change on the reverse. During Brad’s 3 partial seasons with Fredericton, he racked up an impressive 813 PIMS in a mere 166 games! This sweater was worn in road games during Brown’s rookie AHL season.
