1994-95 Scott Scissons Minnesota Moose Game Worn Jersey WHA Minnesota Fighting Saints TBTC Inaugural Season
Lot #351
This white air-knit Turn Back the Clock gamer by Hooter Sportswear was worn by Scott Scissons during the 1994-95 IHL season, the inaugural season for the Minnesota Moose. The New York Islanders selected Scissons with the 6th overall pick in the 1990 NHL Entry Draft. Scissons made his NHL debut in 1990-91 with the Islanders where he played for three seasons, the entirety of his NHL career. Scott went on to play a few more seasons in the IHL where he represented the Salt Lake Golden Eagles, the Denver Grizzlies and finally the Minnesota Moose.

Sewn into the collar of this gamer is the manufacturers, size, wash and Made in the USA tagging. The Minnesota Fighting Saints crest along with the sleeve and back player numbers are all sewn onto this jersey. The game wear on this heavy weight sweater consists of a good handful of stick and slash marks found scattered across the body and sleeves, consistent with a one-game throwback. A stylish example that paid homage to the bygone hometown WHA Minnesota Fighting Saints and was worn during the inaugural season of the IHL’s Minnesota Moose.
