After playing his college hockey at St. Cloud State, this Meadow Lake, SASk native made his NHL debut in 1991-92 with the Maple Leafs. Len also represented the Nordiques, Flames and Oilers over the course of his five-year NHL career.

The Chicago Blackhawks selected McGill in the 2nd round of the 1987 NHL Entry Draft. This Sherwood Park, ALTA native made his NHL debut in 1991-92 with the Blackhawks. This enforcer went on to play for the Philadelphia Flyers for a few years before playing his final 8 games in 1994-95 with the Edmonton Oilers. In 151 career games, McGill amassed 391 PIMS.
