1993-94 Andrew Brunette Portland Pirates Game Worn Jersey - Rookie
Lot #405
This home white knit gamer by CCM was worn by Andrew Brunette during the 1993-94 AHL season, his rookie professional year. The Washington Capitals selected Brunette in the 7th round of the 1993 NHL Entry Draft. Brunette made his NHL debut with the Caps in 1995-96 and spent parts of 3 seasons with the club that drafted him. After that, Brunette represented the Predators, Thrashers, Wild, Avalanche and Blackhawks before retiring after an 1110 game career that spanned 16 seasons. Brunette lit the lamp 268 times and added 465 helpers for a career points total of 733.

The game wear on this rookie sweater is solid and consists of stick and slash marks, board burns, board paint transfer, a well-salted fight strap and heavy areas of pilling. Also worthy of mention is a nameplate change.
