This 26-card set of holographic cards was produced by Upper Deck and was sponsored by Coca-Cola. The set features one player from each major league team, who was selected on the basis of the number and circumstances of his grand slam home runs. With each order of a Grand Slam meal, the customer received one hologram card. The cards measure the standard-size.
Each hologram shows a cutout player photo superimposed over a scene from the city in which the team resides. A bar with the words "collector series" runs vertically down the right edge. The "1992 Grand Slam" insignia appears in the lower left corner, with the player's name in a bar extending to the right. The backs feature a blue stripe with the player's name across the top. Two red stripes border the top and bottom of a career summary printed in black on a white background. The cards are numbered on the back.
