Description
1991-92 Yanic Perreault Toronto Maple Leafs Pre-Season Game Worn
Lot #73
This white knit gamer by CCM was worn by Yanic Perreault during the 1991-92 NHL preseason. The Toronto Maple Leafs selected Perreault in the 3rd round of the 1991 NHL Entry Draft. This Quebec native made his NHL debut in 1993-94 with the Maple Leafs where he played briefly before joining the LA Kings. Yanic spent five seasons with the Kings before returning to Toronto for parts of three seasons. Perreault later went on to represent the Canadiens, Predators, Coyotes, the Leafs for a third time and finally the Blackhawks before retiring in 2008. All told this center played in 14 NHL seasons, scoring 20 or more goals on 7 occasions and earning an appearance in the 2007 NHL All Star Game.

Sewn to the right breast of this gamer is the NHL’s 75-year anniversary patch. The use is light but obvious with stick marks, board burns and inner pilling. Perreault arrived at camp in 1991 after being the Leafs first player chosen in the 1991 NHL Entry Draft. A nice patched example that marked Perreault’s arrival to the NHL.
