Description
1990-91 Joel Savage Buffalo Sabres Practice Worn Jersey – Rookie
Lot #74
This white knit practice jersey by CCM was likely worn by Joel Savage during practice sessions in the 1990-91 NHL season. The Buffalo Sabres selected Savage in the 1st round of the 1988 NHL Entry Draft. Savage made his NHL debut in 1990-91 with the Sabres where he played in three games, the only three games of his NHL career. This Surrey, BC native did enjoy a five-year minor-pro career that included four seasons with the Rochester Americans. Savage also represented the Canadian National Team for a couple of years and spent 9 seasons playing in Europe before retiring in 2004.

The use on this size 54 practice jersey is solid and consists of stick and slash marks, board burns, board paint transfer, un-repaired burn holes and inner pilling.
