This road red air-knit gamer by CCM was worn by Dino Ciccarelli during the 1990-91 NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs. Ciccarelli broke onto the scene with a bang in 1980-81 with the Minnesota North Stars. He was a mid-season call-up and played in 32 regular season contests scoring 18 goals and 30 points. The spark he supplied helped propel the North Stars to the Stanley Cup Finals where they fell to the New York Islanders dynasty. In 19 playoff games as a rookie, Dino lit the lamp 14 times and totaled 21 points to set an NHL rookie playoff scoring record. The very next season, Dino netted 55 goals and a Hall of Fame career was well under way. All told Ciccarelli played in 19 NHL seasons, the first 9 in Minnesota. Late in the 1988-89 season, Ciccarelli was dealt to the Capitals in exchange for Mike Gartner. Dino spent 3+ years in Washington, 4 more in Detroit, and 3 more in the Sunshine state with Tampa and Florida. In 1232 games played, this 4-time NHL All Star scored 608 goals and exactly 1200 points. When he retired he was the 9th highest goal scorer in NHL history and in 2010 Dino was deservingly elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame.
