This home white knit gamer by CCM was worn by Darin Kimble during the 1990-91 NHL season. The Quebec Nordiques selected Kimble in the 4th round of the 1988 NHL Entry Draft. This Lucky Lake native made his NHL debut in 1988-89 with the Nordiques where he played for three seasons. Darin went on to play for the St. Louis Blues, Boston Bruins and Chicago Blackhawks before wrapping up his 7-year NHL career. Kimble was dealt to St. Louis in exchange for Tony Twist during the 1990-91 season. This enforcer played in a total of 311 NHL games and racked up 1082 PIMS.
The game wear on this size 56 sweater consists of stick and slash marks, board burns, washed out blood staining and inner pilling. Loss is evident to the lettering, numbering and fleur-de-lis as shown in the photos above. A nice early career gamer of this popular enforcer.
