1989-90 Trent Cull Owen Sound Platers Game Worn Jersey Rookie - Inaugural Season
Lot #242

This road black knit gamer by CCM was worn by Trent Cull during the 1989-90 OHL season, the inaugural season for the Owen Sound Platers. This Georgetown, Ontario native spent five years in the OHL and represented Owen Sound, Windsor and Kingston before embarking on a decade long minor-pro career. This noted tough guy played in both the IHL and AHL and amassed some pretty impressive PIMS totals throughout his career, including several seasons with better than 200 PIMS. Following his playing days, Cull joined the coaching profession and is presently the Head Coach of the Utica Comets.

The game wear on this size 52 sweater is solid and consists of stick and slash marks, board burns, board paint transfer, un-repaired burn holes, stitch pops, a trauma-laden fight strap and fine inner pilling. A nice offering from Cull’s rookie OHL season and the first for the Owen Sound Platers.
