1989-90 Nick Beaulieu Phoenix Roadrunners Game Worn Jersey - Photo Match
Lot #1008

This home white Ice Sheen gamer by HiLi was worn by Nick Beaulieu during the 1989-90 IHL season. The Edmonton Oilers selected Beaulieu in the 8th round of the 1986 NHL Entry Draft. Beaulieu debuted with the Cape Breton Oilers in 1988-89 and went on to spend the next 5 years playing minor pro primarily in the IHL, AHL and ECHL. Following an absence of 4 years, Beaulieu returned to the ice, playing 5 seasons in the QSPHL from 1996-2000.

The game wear on this size XL sweater is tremendous and consists of stick and slash marks, board burns, board paint transfer, un-repaired burn holes, trauma, stitch pops and some fantastic team-sewn repair work. Shown above is a beautiful photo match of Beaulieu wearing this exact jersey during the 1989-90 season. On the back player number is a beautiful black sharpie signature in Beaulieu’s own hand. The old-school crest is yet another wonderful feature on this hammered photo matched offering.
