This home white air-knit gamer by CCM was worn by Mike Modano during the 1989-90 NHL season, his rookie year. Mike was the 1st overall selection in the 1988 NHL entry draft, going to the Minnesota North Stars. He has been the face of the Minnesota/Dallas franchise for 20 years while compiling certain Hall of Fame statistics. Thru the end of the 2009-10 season, Mike had scored 557 goals, 802 assists and 1359 points. He has played in numerous NHL All Star games, was 2nd Team NHL All Star in 2000 and has represented Team USA in numerous international competitions including a Canada Cup, 2 World Cups and 3 Olympic Games. Modano is the all-time leading scorer when it comes to American born players. The mantel was finally made complete when Mike captured the Stanley Cup a decade ago in Dallas.

The game wear on this important offering consists of stick and slash marks, board burns, board paint transfer, inner pilling and a dozen team-sewn repairs. This sweater was worn by one of our generation’s finest players, during his rookie NHL season.
