This home white knit gamer by CCM was worn by Mike Eagles during the 1989-90 NHL season. Eagles spent the first 4 years of his career with the Quebec Nordiques before joining the Chicago Blackhawks with whom he played for 2 seasons in the late 1980’s. Next up was 5 seasons with the Winnipeg Jets and another handful of years with the Washington Capitals. All told this Left Wing played in 853 games over 16 NHL seasons.
This gamer comes directly from the recently discovered Gunzo's collection. Eagles time in Chicago was limited to 47 games in 1988-89 and another 23 in 1989-90. The game use is on the lighter side with stick marks, a bit of board paint transfer, a salted fight strap and pilling also worthy of mention. An exciting new discovery brings this previously unknown gamer to the hobby, good luck in your pursuit.
