This road red knit gamer by CCM was worn by Bobby Smith during the 1985-86 Stanley Cup winning season. The Minnesota North Stars selected Smith with the 1st overall pick in the 1978 NHL Amateur Draft. This North Sydney, NS native made his NHL debut in 1978-79 with the North Stars and played for the franchise for parts of 9 seasons that encompassed the beginning and end of his illustrious career. In between, Bobby spent parts of 7 seasons with the Montreal Canadiens where he won the only Stanley Cup of his career in 1986. Bobby would appear in the Stanley Cup Finals on four separate occasions, two times each with Minnesota and Montreal. Smith was a four-time NHL All Star who also captured the Calder Trophy as the NHL’s Rookie of the Year in 1979. In 1077 games played, Bobby tallied 357 goals and 1036 points. Bobby also had the good fortune to partake in 184 playoff games where he racked up a most impressive 160 points to go along with 245 PIMS.

Smith played in 79 games and struck for 31 Goals, including 7 game winners and added 55 Assists for 86 Points while wearing this sweater during the 1985-86 Championship season.
