This road red mesh gamer by CCM and Cosby was worn by Kirk Muller during his rookie NHL season of 1984-85. Kirk was the 2nd overall selection in the 1984 NHL entry draft and broke onto the scene in 1984-85 with the Devils where he would remain for 7 seasons. His next stop would be a 4–year stint in Montreal where he captured his only Stanley Cup. All told Kirk spent 19 seasons in the NHL tabbing in excess of 350 goals and nearly 1000 points. Muiller was a 6-time NHL All Star who notched five 30+ goal seasons.
Worn during his rookie NHL season, after being taken 2nd overall in the draft behind Mario Lemieux, this gamer has a black sharpie signature in Muller’s own hand housed between the back player number 27. Kirk only wore the player #27 as a rookie in 1984-85, further enhancing this offering. Game wear consists of stick marks, board burns, un-repaired burn holes and inner pilling.
