This beautiful blue wool gamer by Dominion Knit of Winnipeg Manitoba was worn circa the 1930’s. The 1930’s era diminutive lettering and numbering are 2-layered felt and sewn onto the jersey. Trimmed in New York Rangers red, white and blue colors, this vintage sweater shows some bloodstains and a fair amount of un-repaired holes as is often the case with old time wools. Perfectly sewn into the collar is the Dominion Knit manufactuurer’s tag. This attractive vintage wool hasn’t seen the ice in approximately 3 quarters of a century, wow!
