This silver Easton Synergy hockey stick was game used by All Star defenseman Scott Niedermayer while playing for the New Jersey Devils. Niedermayer recently retired after an 18-year NHL career that saw him win 4 Stanley Cups and 2 Olympic Gold Medals. Scott was the 3rd overall selection in the 1991 NHL Entry Draft by the Devils, the team with which he spent the first 13 years of his career. While in New Jersey, Scott won 3 of his 4 Stanley Cups, the last coming with Anaheim where he spent the final 5 years of his career. Scott was 4 times a 1st or 2nd team NHL All Star and played in 5 NHL All Star games. He captured the 2007 Conn Smythe Trophy as playoff MVP in Anaheim and won the 2004 Norris Trophy as the NHL’s best defenseman in his last season in New Jersey.
