This Victoriaville Ultra Vic 4050 hockey stick was game used by defenseman Ron Greschner. Greschner was chosen in the 2nd round, #32 overall, by the New York Rangers in the 1974 NHL Amateur draft. Ron played for the Rangers his entire NHL career spanning 16 seasons. He was a very good offensive defenseman scoring more than 10 goals in a season 8 times. Ron was a scoring machine for the mid to late 1970's Rangers scoring 11, 24, 17, 21 and 27 goals in consecutive seasons.
This stick is fully taped on both butt and blade. The player name "R. Greschner" is stamped on the side of the blade. Ron has autographed the stick "To Dave Best Wishes Ron Greschner" on the side.
