Beautifully preserved Maple Leaf Gardens program from October 29, 1947 featuring the Toronto Maple Leafs against the Montreal Canadiens. This game included Hall of Famers Turk Broda, Syl Apps, Howie Meeker, Teeder Kennedy, Frank Selke, Dick Irvin, Conn Smythe and Hap Day of the Leafs. Hall of Famers for the Canadiens included Bill Durnan, Doug Harvey, Emile Bouchard, Maurice " ROCKET " Richard, Elmer Lach, Toe Blake, Ken Reardon and Dick Irvin. This was also Bill Barilko’s first full season with the Leafs.

On this night the Maple Leafs beat the Canadiens 3-1 which is neatly written in the center. The program has the year written on the cover.
