This home white knit gamer by CCM was worn by Petr Svoboda during the early part of his NHL career. Petr spent 17 seasons patrolling NHL bluelines after becoming the 5th overall selection in the 1985 NHL entry draft by the Montreal Canadiens. He spent his first 8 years in the league as a member of Les Habitants, winning the 1986 Stanley Cup with them. His other stops included Buffalo, Philadelphia and Tampa Bay.

The game wear on this vintage sweater is solid. Despite being dry-cleaned by the Canadiens staff, this gamer displays stick marks, board burns, plenty of recognizable Montreal Forum board paint transfer, inner pilling, washed out bloodstains, un-repaired burn holes and a couple of traditional Montreal Canadiens circular team-sewn repairs. This is a fine Cup era sweater worn over 2-decades ago.
