These red, white and blue CCM/Heaton goalie pads were game worn by Phoenix Coyotes goaltender Jason LaBarbera in his rookie season with the New York Rangers. Jason was originally drafted by the Rangers in the 1998 NHL Entry Draft. After 2 cups of coffee with the Rangers, Jason played parts of 3 seasons with the Kings. After a short stint with the Canucks, Jason played this season with the Coyotes after signing a 2-year contract with them before the 2009-10 season.
Jason wore these pads as he attempted to transition himself from the AHL Hartford Wolfpack to the New York Rangers. The pads show nice game use and have Jason's name stitched on the side.
