Description
Claude Lemieux Coyotes Game Worn Gloves
Lot #273

These red, black and green Easton hockey gloves were game worn by Claude Lemieux.  Lemieux recently concluded a 20-year NHL career that is likely to be recognized with induction into the Hockey Hall of Fame at some future date.

Claude was the consumate winner, who had the unique ability to raise his level of play when the playoffs rolled around. Claude led his teams to 4 Stanley Cup titles and ranks among the all-time elite in playoff scoring. Claude partook in 233 playoff games and scored 158 points while racking up 529 PIMS. He was awarded with the 1995 Conn Smythe Trophy after leading the New Jersey Devils to their first ever Stanley Cup championship. His regular season career totals include 379 goals, 785 points and 1756 PIMS. Claude also holds the distinction of being one of the leagues most despised players by the opposition. He was a solid 2-way player that was considered feisty or dirty depending on who you asked.

The player name "Lemieux" is stamped in white on both gloves. The gloves show nice game use.
