This home blue air-knit gamer by Reebok and Elite Sportswear was worn by Ryan Whitney during the 2009-10 NHL season. The Pittsburgh Penguins selected Whitney with the 5th overall pick in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft. After playing for the US National Team and Boston University, this Boston native began his NHL career in 2005-06 with the Penguins. After parts of 4 years with Pittsburgh, Whitney joined the Ducks and spent parts of 2 seasons with them until landing with the Oilers in 2009-10.  

The game wear on this 2nd set size 58+ sweater is on the lighter side and consists of stick marks, board burns, un-repaired burn holes and inner pilling. Sewn to the inside hem is the official NHL game worn jersey tagging. Sewn alongside is the official Edmonton Oilers game worn jersey and set tagging. This jersey will be accompanied by an Oilers team letter.
