This home blue air-knit gamer by Reebok was worn by Roman Polak during the 2009-10 NHL season. The St. Louis Blues drafted Polak in the 6th round of the 2004 NHL Entry Draft. This Czech rearguard began his NHL career with the Blues in 2006-07 and now has 5 complete seasons registered with the club.

The game wear on this 1st set size 58 sweater consists of stick marks, board burns, board paint transfer, un-repaired burn holes, inner pilling and a team-sewn repair. On the inside hem is the official St. Louis Blues game worn jersey and set information. This jersey will be accompanied by a Blues team letter.
