This white polyester Team Canada World Cup replica jersey by Nike has been personally signed by 17 members and staff of the 2004 Team Canada World Cup team. The 2004 World Cup was played August 30 – September 14, 2004. It included Canada, USA, Russia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Finland, Germany and Sweden in 2 pools. Team Canada won the gold by defeating Finland in the final game.

This Team Canada replica, size XL, has been personally autographed by Wayne Gretzky, Mario Lemieux, Joe Thornton, Ryan Smyth, Simon Gagne, Martin Brodeur, Vincent Lecavalier (MVP), Jose Theodore, Kris Draper, Ed Jovanovski, Pat Quinn, Brad Richards, Jarome Iginla, Joe Sakic, Roberto Luongo, Adam Foote and Martin St. Louis.
