This road blue air-knit gamer by SP was worn by Rod Branch during the 2001-02 CHL season. Branch was a 5’ 8” goalie who enjoyed a 14-year minor pro career. After a handful of seasons in the WHL, Branch began an 8-year run in the CHL where he spent 6 of those seasons with the Tulsa Oilers. Rod’s final two years were spent in the UHL with the Motor City Mechanics.
Sewn to the right breast of this gamer are the 10-year CHL anniversary patch as well as the sponsorship patch. The game wear on this sweater is solid and consists of numerous stick and puck marks, goal post paint transfer, board paint transfer and nice areas of pilling. A faded autograph remains lightly visible on the right shoulder.
