This home white heavy knit gamer by Nike was worn by Mike Bray during the 2001-02 QMJHL season. The New York Islanders drafted Bray in the 2001 NHL Entry Draft. After beginning his career in the QMJHL in 1998-99, he would spend parts of 4 seasons in the league before joining the MJAHL for a partial year and then spending the remainder of that season with Flint of the UHL. Mike didn’t return to hockey until 2007-08, when he resumed his career in the LNAH. Other than a brief stint in the IHL, Bray has remained active in the LNAH, spending the past few seasons with Riviere-du-Loup.
The game wear on this Nike knit is tremendous with numerous stick and slash marks, board burns, board paint transfer, un-repaired burn holes, loads of pilling and a handful of team-sewn repairs. This jersey will be accompanied by a Rocket team letter.
