This blue air-knit tie down was worn by Eric Lindros during the Press Conference to announce his signing by the New York Rangers at Madison Square Garden on August 20th, 2001. This former #1 overall draft pick spent 8 years in Philadelphia before joining the Rangers.  After 3 years in New York Lindros played 1 season in Toronto and Dallas before announcing his retirement.

This phenom was on his way to a Hall of Fame career before head injuries derailed him and his great potential. Eric did win the 1994-95 Hart Trophy as NHL MVP as well as the 1994-95 Lester B. Pearson Trophy as the NHL’s outstanding player. His career stats include 372 goals and 865 points in 760 games. During that span he also compiled 1398 PIMS.
