This road blue knit gamer by SP was worn by Jeff Maund during the 2000-01 AHL season. After spending a couple of seasons between the pipes for Ohio State University, Maund embarked an a decade long professional career that spanned the ECHL, the AHL and then 6 years overseas where he played in Russia, Austria, Germany and Italy.
Sewn to the left breast of this gamer is the Chicago Blackhawks logo. Sewn to the right breast is the sponsorship patch. The game wear on this size 58 goalie cut sweater is solid and consists of stick and puck marks, goal post and crossbar paint transfer, areas of pulls and pilling as well as a couple of team-sewn repairs. Jeff spent 42 games between the pipes and posted an impressive 2.36 GAA while wearing this sweater during the Norfolk Admirals inaugural season. A beautiful example donned by Maund as he competed for the Blackhawks AHL affiliate in Norfolk, hoping for his shot at the NHL. This jersey will be accompanied by an Admirals team letter.
