Chris broke into the NHL in 1983-84 with Montreal and remained there until the 1990-91 season when he went onto Chicago. He remained with the Hawks for 9 years before moving onto Detroit where he has spent his last 9 years.
His career accomplishments include 3 Stanley Cup titles and 3 James Norris Trophies as the NHL’s best defenseman. He has represented Team USA in 4 different Olympic Games, 3 Canada Cups and 2 World Cups of Hockey. He represented Team NHL in Rendezvous 87’ and also played in 11 NHL All Star games. Chris is also a 7-time 1st or 2nd team NHL All Star and a 1st ballot Hall of Fame berth surely awaits.
