This home white knit gamer by Bauer was worn by Dmitri Kalinin during the 1999-00 AHL season. Kalinin was a 1st round draft pick of the Buffalo Sabres in the 1998 NHL entry draft. His pro career began in Rochester in 1998-99 where he played 3 games before playing a full season for the squad in 1999-00. Kalinin has spent 7 seasons as a member of the Buffalo Sabres where he’s been a regular on defense on one of the NHL’s most successful clubs over recent years.
Sewn to the right breast of this gamer is the ESL patch. The game use on this sweater is tremendous. It is littered with stick marks, board burns, board paint transfer, inner pilling, numerous un-repaired burn holes and some team-sewn repair work. This is an awesome minor league example of this NHLer. This jersey will be accompanied by an Americans team letter.
