This item comes from the personal collection of longtime New England/Hartford/Carolina equipment man Skip Cunningham.

This road black air-knit gamer by Starter was worn by Boston Massachusetts born Jeremy Roenick during the 1997-98 NHL season. At the time of this writing, Roenick is a handful of goals away from joining the 500-goal club. Also to his credit are in excess of 1100 career points, which already places him among the top 50 scorers in league history. Jeremy has represented Team USA in the 1991 Canada Cup and the Olympic Games. He has numerous NHL All Star games to his credit and was voted to the Canada Cup ‘91 All Star team for his stellar play. A Hall of Fame berth no doubt awaits JR when his playing days are complete.

On the back player number is a black sharpie signature in Roenick’s own hand. The game use on this sweater is on the light side consisting of a number of stick marks and inner pilling.
