1997-98 Anson Carter Boston Bruins Game Worn Jersey

This home white air-knit gamer by Starter was worn by Anson Carter during the 1997-98 NHL season. The Quebec Nordiques selected Carter in the 10th round of the 1992 NHL Entry Draft. Anson spent 4 years playing at Michigan State University before beginning his NHL career in 1996-97 with the Washington Capitals. After 19 games with Washington, Carter was dealt to the Boston Bruins where he played for the next 4 seasons. Carter then spent time in Edmonton, New York, Washington again, Los Angeles, Vancouver, Columbus and Carolina before retiring from the NHL.  

The sleeves on this jersey have been custom shortened for Carter. The game wear on this size 54 sweater is solid and consists of stick and slash marks, board burns, un-repaired burn holes, pulls and pilling.
